Follow-up Comment #2, bug #39018 (project octave):
Wow - thanks for the rapid response Mike.
There is a communications-1.1.1 directory with m-files, but no subdirectory of
that with compiled oct-files.
See the attached "Communications Installation screenshot.pdf" for screen
snapshots of what I typed and the responses.
