Follow-up Comment #8, bug #39089 (project octave):

Also, if this works, perhaps we should add an option "installed" or "handled"
or "listen" to SIG to indicate which signals Octave has installed a handler
for.  E.g.,

SIG ("system") is same as current SIG

SIG ("handled") is subset of SIG("system")
