Details:


imrotate (eye (10), -40)


generates a matrix with many NA values.  Matlab is documented to
fill/extrapolate with 0.  Perhaps there was a good reason for choosing to use
NA instead of 0 for extrapolated values, but I think it would be helpful to be
compatible with Matlab by default.
