Thanks Mike - I hadn't noticed that bug report.

The configuration failure for Qscintilla is due to -lQtOpenGL. I forced the
outcome of the configuration test to be true (ie imposing
octave_cv_lib_qscintilla=yes): Octave compilation ran through ok and the
editor is back and functional. So, I'm happy now even if libnvidia-glcore.so
seems broken on my system.
