                 Release:                   4.0.0 => dev                    
                 Summary: mxe native build fails at gmp => mxe-octave: build
fails at gmp on Windows native build

Follow-up Comment #22:

I've lowered the severity and updated the title for clarity.

I think we're in agreement that the best supported ways of building Octave for
Windows are either mxe-octave cross-build from GNU/Linux or Cygwin. But I
think it's still a desired goal to support native building on Windows with
mxe-octave and mingw.
