[Octave-bug-tracker] [bug #45646] files in source distribution should not be deleted on "clean" or "distclean"

Follow-up Comment #16, bug #45646 (project octave):

I agree that it is not ideal to use an internal name like "clean-aminfo".  On
the other hand, Automake and the whole Autotools suite are ancient and change
very slowly.  It might be 5 years before that name gets changed, and in the
meantime we would have everything working correctly.

I vote to make the change.
