Follow-up Comment #33, bug #48474 (project octave):
With some monor changes to include files, gnuplot will compile with Qt4.
I haven't had a chance to run it yet though.
Currently, to add other terminals in mxe, you need to add/modify the
gnuplot-1-fixes.patch for the gbuplot/config/mingw/Makefile to set which
terminals are built.
