Details:

Between Octave 4.0.3 and 4.2.0-rc2 the section "Documentation Tips" (C.4) was
removed from the manual. One result of this is that the texinfo capabilities
of Octave's help() function are undocumented right now. For a longer

Is it possible to bring section C.4 back to the manual?
