Follow-up Comment #4, bug #51273 (project octave):
So the bug is that the package is behaving as designed. It intentionally does
not define wrappers for constants that are not declared on a given operating
system. Is this unclear to the user? Does someone have a suggestion to improve
this for the user experience?
