Follow-up Comment #13, bug #44511 (project octave):
In the mean time I have adapted csv2cell() to accept a spreadsheet-style range
argument.
But the issue of how to convey the separator (and for that matter, the cell
protection character, default '"' ) to csv2cell() remains.
