Dear Armeen,
It is impressive to read, that you work with Octave and that a software like
JAWS exists. I tested the JAWS 40 minutes trial version and can confirm, that
the command prompt output of Octave GUI is not read back by JAWS.
As a workaround until some updates might eventually fix the situation, you can
use Octave CLI (command line interface) for the execution of statements or
function files. The Octave CLI icon usually appears next to the Octave GUI
icon when installing Octave 4.2.1. For me JAWS read back the output of Octave
CLI.
But in general as Philip already said, I have no idea why JAWS cannot read
back the output inside Octave GUI. Inside JAWS I didn't find anything to
configure what is read by that software.
