Project: GNU Octave Submitted by: cosine Submitted on: Thu 11 Jan 2018 12:39:22 PM UTC Category: Plotting Severity: 3 - Normal Priority: 5 - Normal Item Group: None Status: None Assigned to: None Originator Name: Originator Email: Open/Closed: Open Discussion Lock: Any Release: 4.2.1 Operating System: GNU/Linux _______________________________________________________ Details: Hi h=plot(1,1) returns a random real number. h = -2.2429 This is not a proper plot handle. As a result close (h) will fail. h2=gcf() and h3=figure() work fine. Version: 4.2.1-5 on Debian buster Not sure when this bug started. I get this bug for gui and cli octave and for both gnuplot and the gui plotting. _______________________________________________________ Reply to this item at: <http://savannah.gnu.org/bugs/?52864> _______________________________________________ Message sent via/by Savannah http://savannah.gnu.org/
