Details:

The index chapters of the manual, such as the function index, are displayed
strangely in the Documentation Browser which is embedded in the GUI.

Steps to Reproduce:

run-octave
# Click on Documentation Tab
# Scroll down, Click on Function Index

The displayed result starts with

» accumarray. (line 10)
» accumarray <1>. (line 11)
» accumdim. (line 101)
» acos. (line 108)
» acosd. (line 260)
» acosh. (line 171)
» acot. (line 128)
» acotd. (line 286)
» acoth. (line 191)
» acsc. (line 123)
» acscd. (line 281)
» acsch. (line 186)
» addlistener. (line 122)

The line numbers are meaningless, and don't need to be included. They are not
present in the general HTML documentation in the octave.html directory.
