Follow-up Comment #9, bug #52795 (project octave):
@Rik: I checked in ML today :
* the figure "buttondownfcn" and "windowbuttondown(up)fcn" are always
executed, whatever the value of the "hittest" property. The attached patch
fixes this for "buttondownfcn", others are already OK.
* uicontextmenu are not executed if "hittest" is "off" (that is already the
case in Octave)
