Follow-up Comment #8:

I made a few small changes.  I capitalized the first word of each sentence in
the check-in message as is traditional for English syntax.  I also put the new
macro OCTAVE_CHECK_QT_OPENGL_OFFSCREEN_OK in alphabetical order within
acinclude.m4.  Finally, instead of the comment "## do nothing" I described
what is actually happening with "## Use qt with QOffscreenSurface for plot".
