Details:

I'm finding in testing on Mint KDE/Plasma that the Variable Editor panels
can't be moved, as though the QDockWidget::DockWidgetMovable feature parameter
is not set.  But this is supposed to be on by default (and I forced the
default settings, to confirm the behavior still exists).
