Details:

The current screenshot of Octave at
https://www.gnu.org/software/octave/img/screenshot.png should be exactly
1600x900 to behave well with the AppStream standards.

If that is too constraining, then we should have a dedicated URL for a
1600x900 screenshot that can be referenced by AppStream.

This should be updated for the current Octave 4.2 screenshot, which is the
file img/screenshot-octave-4-2.png in the web repository, as well as a future
screenshot update for Octave 4.4.

Cc siko1056, any thoughts on this? Can we use a single default screenshot for
the web site and AppStream? Or should we have different URLs for each so the
web site can be more flexible in the size and aspect ratio if needed?
