Follow-up Comment #7, bug #53536 (project octave):

@Lars: 'hg clone' gets you the entire repository including all branches past
and present.  As Dmitri suggests, you can use 'hg update stable' or 'hg update
default' to switch back and forth between branches.  Use 'hg branch' to verify
which branch you are currently using.
