Follow-up Comment #12, bug #54245 (project octave):
qtimageformats now builds, but there is still something wrong.
When I reach building the default-octave recipe it erases the
octave-5.0.0.tar.lz file in the pkg directory, then has to download it because
the file isn't there, but the URL is purposefully non-existent. The download
step supposedly completes successfully, but the build fails on the untar step
because there is no file to untar.
