Details:

When a value input to zeros is larger than approximately 2^63, or maybe it is
20 digits, there is no warning about too big and instead the value is treated
as 0.  E.g.,


octave:1> int64(inf)
ans = 9223372036854775807
octave:2> zeros(9223372036854775807)
ans = [](0x0)
octave:3> # Drop a digit
octave:3> zeros(922337203685477580)
error: out of memory or dimension too large for Octave's index type
octave:3>
