Follow-up Comment #2, bug #54660 (project octave):
Hi Mike,
yes, it seems to be the same bug as described in #50315. If you listen to the
file attached, the first announcement e.g. should be India, but you hear just
Indi.
Hoping there is a solution to this problem.
