Follow-up Comment #2, bug #55225 (project octave):
I wonder if it is related to the problem I see with parallel builds. It seems
to be hardware dependent. It is almost 100%
reproduciable on i5-4570 (Intel GPU) and Nehalem Xeon
(with Nvidia GPU though I use software rendering).
In my case it is always a problem with "make -j4" and even
"make -j4 V=1" fixes it. Building with gnuplot (instead of qt)
always works fine as well.
