Follow-up Comment #15, bug #45864 (project octave):

I could do some testing on Win7 for this bug, but I'm not deeply into the "C
side" of Octave. Could you tell me what precise steps I should do (on Win) to
help the progress of this bug? (I could easily use the image package, and the
two previously mentioned .cc functions bwlabel and bwlabeln for this purpose.)
