@Avinoam: I'd like to close this report so that we can cross it on the bug fix
list.
In the end the original problem is that Octave has issues when printing using
proprietary "Intel HD Graphics 4600" opengl driver. Can you file a new report?
Since the official mxe build uses MESA by default, this would be a feature
request to allow Octave to use other opengl drivers on Windows?
