Follow-up Comment #7, bug #55646 (project octave):

nothing that's showing up in any logs.  and is symbolic different enough that
it would work but image would not? is there another suggested package to try?
I can uninstall reinstall each and see if others produce the same effect.
There are some I think we expect to fail, but it's been a while since I
reviewed what those were.
