From: John Donoghue
Subject: [Octave-bug-tracker] [bug #53841] Could not copy help collection to temporary file. Cannot load sqlite database driver! with Qt 5.12

Follow-up Comment #40, bug #53841 (project octave):

I am trying something at the moment. At 12.0 put some extra tables in doc
file, so since we are not building with 12, it doesnt put them in, however
when we run the program, it sees they are not there and tries to put them in.

As part of that, if I am correct, the fix in qt 12.1
https://codereview.qt-project.org/#/c/248149/6//ALL

provides the ability to be read only, however, does not set the read only
property in the engine.

For the assistant program, they explicity set the readonly property so that it
will not update the source file.

So we either need to 'set' the property to be read only and it wont update the
source, or need to to a sudo run on the files when installing them, or use a
older version of qt - however it will appear again when other OSs move to qt
5.12.

I'll know in a little while if the proty set works.
