Follow-up Comment #14, bug #42510 (project octave):

Per testing, Matlab seems to return only Public methods which are also not
Hidden.  All others (Private, Protected) are not shown even with '-full'. 

There is a similar issue with properties and the Hidden attribute for which I
will file a new bug report.
