Follow-up Comment #38, bug #55279 (project octave):
On my Debian system, the Qt core translations are in the package
'qttranslations5-l10n'. This package is installed by default when any Qt 5
libraries are installed, but it can be removed or accidentally not installed
if the user doesn't install "Recommends" dependencies.
Is the qttranslations module built by mxe-octave for the Windows bundle? If
not, maybe that should be the subject of a new bug report.
