Thanks for the help Ben!

Maybe I am totally missing something but every time I try to edit a
page it asks me to "Please Log In to Edit".  I am supposed to send a
request for the password to the octave-dev at lists.sourceforge.net.
I am assuming that octave-maintainers replaced the octave-dev list?
