Although there are still a few problems, I think most of the worst
trouble related to gnulib has been fixed, so I'm ready to make a new
snapshot. Any reason not to do that? After this one, I'll try to
keep to a more regular schedule of making a new snapshot every week or
two up until the 3.4.0 release.
