savannah status

As yo may have noticed, savannah.gnu.org is down.  I don't know how
much longer savannah.gnu.org will be unavailable.  You can check the
current status here:  http://savannah.gnu.org.

At this point it looks likely that any changes that happened after
some time on 11/24 might not be restored from the site backups.  If
so, then we will need to push changes made after that.   I have
changes up to

to do about things posted to the bug tracker.  I can probably extract
bug tracker updates from my personal mail archive and see if any are
missing once savannah returns.
