Ben / all,

Here's my attempt at making a Mercurial changeset. It's one file - I followed 
Jarno's instructions and the basic guide in the Octave manual exactly, plus "hg 
add libcruft/misc/blaswrap.c".

Ben, how do I apply changesets that are sent to me via email?
