I submitted the following patch to savannah:

This results in all macros being expanded in the doxygen
documentation.  It was pointed out on IRC that octave_value operators
were not documented, and this is because only the DEFUN and DEFUN_DLD
macros were being expanded.

Please try this out and let us know if there is too much clutter.  We
could explicitly set which macros we want expanded, but then we'd have
to make sure we get all of them that might be useful.
