Here comes the zip archive for the GSoC tomorrow http://siko1056-gsoc.blogspot.de/p/getting-my-work.html. But should I really post the instructions how to build preconditioners under the building category? I think as not all Octave users are interested in them, it should be put under http://wiki.octave.org/Main_Page#Miscellaneous maybe?
