[cygwin] Compile success, except for doc

Hello,

having installed the gl2ps package (thanks Marco), octave stable with GUI
compile up to the point where doc is generated, the script 'run-octave'
failing. The executable is built and can be installed; generating graphics
files from plots is working.

I did a './run-octave -strace' to try to debug the problem, I was not able
to find the issue from the 'octave.trace' file. Can someone have a look at
it to try to understand the issue
