Glenn,This list doesn't use Savannah as far as I know. We only use limited features of the Savannah system for bug/patch tracking.
The list subscription is described here: http://www.gnu.org/software/octave/get-involved.htmlFollow the link address@hidden Once subscribed you can later configure the account and traffic.
