FGN Thanks!

I have add cc. to https://savannah.gnu.org/patch/index.php?864 and updated the 
translation file.

On my windows PC I have only lrelease on qt5. (This is prepared for gnuplot 
building with qt).
Can I use it for qt4? 
However, I have Ubuntu PCs so that I perhaps use qt4 version of lrelease on 
them.
