Thanks the info from that thread is useful but it does not answer completely my 
question:
who are the users that have write access to the odepkg mercurial repository?

In particular thomas treichl handed over the role of main package maintainer to 
sebastian
almost one year ago. Does sebastian have write access? can he give access to 
other users,
for example to jacopo who is currently doing most of the work to revise the 
package?
