NOTES for gnuplot ver. 5

The dot/dash pattern of a line can now be controlled independently from other
line properties using the keyword "dashtype".
terminal option dasded is deprecate on Ver. 5.
I have a quick look at _gnuplot_drawnow_.m of octave ver. 4.0.0.
There exist "has_termoption_dashed".
This does not have mean on gnuplot 5.0.
If one want support dash and dotted type on gnuplot ver. 5, the routine should
be changed entirely.

Currently it is practical state that current octave have not support gnuplot
ver.5 yet and
use gnuplot 4.6 (4.6.6 or 4.6.7 are the best).

In my computer gnuplot 5.1.0 (development version and 5.0.1 are installed) but
for gnuplot I am using gnuplot 4.6.7
built by myself.
