updating in MXE Octave:

Eaton and others."

In regular Octave

repelem.m:## Copyright (C) 2015 Markus Bergholz
macros.texi:@c Copyright (C) 2012-2013 John W. Eaton

I'll leave it up to you to decide what to do about them.
