Follow-up Comment #4, patch #9675 (project octave):

Thanks for the quick fix.
I applied it locally and perl.exe is now included. However, running the test
suite, I see a pop up window titled "perl.exe - Systemfehler" (system error)
with the message "Die Ausführung des Codes kann nicht fortgesetzt werden, da
msys-crypt-0.dll nicht gefunden wurde. [...]".

There is probably another package that includes "msys-crypt-0.dll" that we
need to add.
