Details:

For certain Matlab compatible functions, Octave informs the user which OF
package contains it. This information is hardcoded into Octave, which can
cause errors -- e.g., there may be no OF package exactly corresponding to a
Matlab package.

We should provide this information online. Once this is done, a patch should
be suggested for Octave which uses the online information (caching it, for
efficiency); the previous hardcoded information could be used as a fallback.
