Details:

Hello,

As discussed with H.G., some of the conversion functions (xyz2rgb and similar)
do not provide clipping of out-of-range results.

The suggestion is to return a first output cmap which is clipped in the [0, 1]
range and optionnally a second arg with the unclipped values.
