I'm having trouble with some of the images.
./MultiResolution/Bonita.exr
./MultiResolution/Kapaa.exr
won't display with exrdisplay or exrheader. The same basic error in each case:
Cannot read image file "Bonita.exr". Cannot read version 258 image files.
Current file format version is 2.

./ScanLines/Desk.exr
./ScanLines/MtTamWest.exr
./ScanLines/StillLife.exr
./ScanLines/Tree.exr
./ScanLines/Blobbies.exr
These work fine. Thanks for the Standard Attributes - I have plenty of
confidence in
my meta-data code now. Also, I can start work on the thumbnail support (seems to
in all of them except Desk.exr).

./Tiles/Ocean.exr
./Tiles/GoldenGate.exr
./Tiles/Spirals.exr
Same problem as the multiresolution images.

./DisplayWindow/t01.exr
./DisplayWindow/t02.exr
./DisplayWindow/t03.exr
./DisplayWindow/t04.exr
./DisplayWindow/t05.exr
./DisplayWindow/t06.exr
./DisplayWindow/t07.exr
./DisplayWindow/t08.exr
./DisplayWindow/t09.exr
./DisplayWindow/t10.exr
./DisplayWindow/t11.exr
./DisplayWindow/t12.exr
./DisplayWindow/t13.exr
./DisplayWindow/t14.exr
./DisplayWindow/t15.exr
./DisplayWindow/t16.exr
These always look the same (in both exrdisplay and my code). I see the change in
the headers, and I think I understand what is supposed to be happening, but it
isn't,
because we are always using the data window in the MakeMainWindow() function.

Brad
