This should be included in the package, at least it is in CVS and all the
previous recent tarballs. Look in the top level directory created after
unpacking the tarball for pan.png. I haven't downloaded 0.11.94, so I can't
confirm if it's there and I don't use the RPMs, so I can't testify to that
either.
