Have you tried the instructions in the reminder message the list sends
monthly?  I have included the relevant parts from the one I received this
month below for your benefit.

If you don't know your password, one of the options in the subsciption
control page tells the list to send you your password.

If all else fails, use the address@hidden address given above to get
help, not my address or the list address.
