[Pan-users] New task manager...

Just compiled up the new version of pan from source, liking the new task 
manager code.

However, it seems to no longer display the speed at which its downloading 
at, which I found handy.  I'm assuming this has been moved now due to 
multiple connections being used for the one task, but it would be nice to 
still see what speeds are being had from each connection...
