These belong to the old pspell (0.12.2).  I don't think they exist for
the pspell that's *included* in aspell 0.50.x.

Looks like you're mixing the old pspell with the new aspell.  The
compiler is obviously using the old pspell 0.12.2, which should
be used with the old aspell (0.33.x).  Try getting rid of the old
pspell if you want to compile against aspell 0.50.3.
