Hi Frank,

As I said, four is a GNKSA limit, so releasing a version of Pan with
a higher number would go against Pan's GNKSA `Seal of Approval'.
If you want to go higher, you'll need to build a copy of Pan yourself.

IIRC, this is the patch you need to make:
