[Pan-users] stopped 100% downloads

I occasionally run into downloads that hit 100% and then stop without
saving the file.

the log give me:

failed
                                                                                
                         is there *any* way to get this file?

anyway, thought I'd let someone know about the error.  File is Muxicas
track 11 in alt.binaries.sounds.mp3.celtic  (21 and 22 also seem to be
affected).
